The core of our technology lies in precisely aligning conductive particles using an electric field.  

Mixing and aligning

Our process begins by dispersing conductive particles in a liquid polymer matrix. Utilizing advanced electric field technology, we align these particles uniformly, creating directional chains that facilitate efficient electricity or heat conduction.

This method significantly reduces particle usage compared to competing solutions.

Curing

Once the particles are perfectly aligned, we cure the polymer matrix to lock them in place. Curing is done in house, and represents the last step of our manufacturing process.

The curing process eliminates the need for any post-processing, and enables the room temperature low pressure that is unique to our material.

Roll to Roll

Manufactured using a roll-to-roll process, our materials support high-volume production and seamless integration into existing manufacturing lines.

This continuous production method enhances efficiency and ensures easy implementation into assembly lines for our clients.
